Dr. Brock Norrie joined The Bone & Joint Center in 2017. He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in surgery of the hand, elbow, and shoulder.
Dr. Norrie specializes in the treatment of common and complex problems of the upper extremity, including endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, upper extremity trauma, rotator cuff surgery, and joint replacement and reconstruction of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.
Dr. Norrie is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS).
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
A native of Kenmare, North Dakota, Dr. Norrie received his bachelor of science from the University of North Dakota. He attended medical school at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where he received his doctor of medicine.
Following medical school, he spent five years training at the Spectrum Health/Michigan State University Orthopaedic Surgery Residency program in Grand Rapids. He then completed a fellowship in hand, elbow, and shoulder surgery at the University of Buffalo in New York.
